REGULATIONS

1. Houses are rented for 24 hours. 24 hours cycle is calculated from 16.00 hrs to 10.00 hrs on the next day. Accommodation is possible in 16.00-22.00 hrs.

2. The payment for residency is taken in the day of arrival, according to the agreed term of house booking. In a case of the departure earlier than booked dates, the payment for total residency will not be changed. 

3. Customers are obliged to check-in immediately after the arrival. To confirm the identity the customer is obliged to present the ID card with photography thereon (Rules of people evidence and ID cards). 

4. The Customer cannot give the house to other persons even if the period of the time which he paid did not finish. 

5. The Facility may refuse further service to persons who breach the order and rules during the stay in the facility, as well as may require to leave the facility immediately without returning the payment for the stay. 

6. The Facility takes no responsibility for valuables and money left in houses, as well as for the loss and damages of cars or any other vehicles which belong to the Customer. 

7. The Customer takes material responsibility for any kind of damages or devastations of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault. 

8. Personal items left by the Customer after the depart will be sent to given address at his cost. If such disposal will not be given, items will be stored during 2 weeks, and destroyed after that period. 

9. We don't give any personal information about our Customers to other persons. 

10. To keep the highest comfort to our Customers smoking is not allowed inside the houses. 

11. The Customer who bring a dog or any other pet with him (after previous agreement with facility owner) is obliged to maintain all safety rules, so the animal could not threat any other participants. In particular the animal ought to be kept on a leash and be muzzled. The owner of the animal or the person who takes care of it bears full responsibility for any damages caused. 

12. An earlier booking of the term is required. Preliminary booking can be made by phone. The booking is considered as confirmed after the payment of agreed earnest money. After phone booking we wait 24 hours for electronic (e-mail) confirmation of the payment of earnest money. Lack of confirmation after this time causes automatic cancellation of the reservation. 

13. As a topic of the money transfer please fill in: name and surname of the person who has made the booking. 

14. Payment of the earnest money and making of effective booking means acceptance of conditions of this regulation.

15. If the Customer will not arrive to the facility before 6.00 hrs next day in the morning it means that he resigned of the accommodation and the house may be rented to the another Customer.
